Partnerships

Build the future of construction with us.

AROBOTIX is neutral infrastructure. It gets more valuable as more of the ecosystem connects to it, and every partner makes the coordination layer stronger.

The Exchange

A neutral layer is only worth building if the people it connects want it to exist.

We are not asking for endorsements. We are asking for the six relationships that make a coordination layer real: sites to prove it, machines to connect, software to read, assets to protect, rules to respect, and rigor to keep us honest. Here is what each side puts in, and what each side gets out.

The founding cohort is deliberately small. A team our size can support a limited number of design partners properly, and we would rather do a few well than many badly. The counters below show how many seats remain in each category. Founding partners receive hands-on integration and pilot support at no cost, and they shape the layer while it is still being defined. That program closes on 31 December 2026. After that, partnership means adopting what earlier partners helped design.

General contractors and builders

You bring

A live project, real crews, and the sequencing edge cases no model predicts. The messy truth we cannot get from a lab.

You get

A structured pilot at no cost, direct influence over a roadmap built around how you actually build, readiness failures caught before crews mobilize, and a verified execution record that turns a future claim from an argument into a lookup.

Robot and equipment vendors

You bring

Machines, telemetry, and an API. Nothing exclusive, and no obligation to take sides.

You get

Coordination you do not have to build yourself. Your machine gets scheduled against verified readiness instead of arriving to a site that is not prepared, which protects utilization. Proof-of-Work records document what your equipment actually delivered, which is evidence when performance is questioned. We sell no hardware and favor no vendor.

Technology and software partners

You bring

Model data, schedules, and field records through open interfaces. BIM authoring, scheduling, and field platforms.

You get

A downstream reason for customers to invest more in your models, because the model finally drives verified work instead of stopping at documentation. We sit above the stack and connect it. We are not a competing system of record and we do not want to own your documents.

Owners and developers

You bring

A project where verified execution matters, and the authority to ask for it.

You get

An execution record on your own asset: what was built, when, by whom, under what readiness conditions. Lower exposure to rework and disputes, and a handover package that is evidence rather than a folder of photographs.

Government and infrastructure

You bring

Public accountability requirements and the digital delivery mandates that are already reshaping submission.

You get

Verification that extends the mandate past approval and into execution. The model is already required at submission. This makes it defensible at delivery, with an audit trail on projects where public money demands one.

Academic and standards partners

You bring

Methodological rigor, validation, and standards discipline. The pressure that keeps our claims honest.

You get

Access to real execution data from live sites, which is scarce in this field, and a chance to shape classification and verification conventions while they are still being written rather than after they harden.

Where we actually are

We are pre-revenue, building toward a first structured pilot with one of Vietnam's largest general contractors. Partnering with us today means being a design partner, not a customer of a finished product. The advantage is that the layer gets shaped around your constraints instead of arriving fully formed and asking you to adapt. That window closes as the platform hardens.

Neutrality is a promise that is easy to make early and expensive to keep later. We are making it now, in writing.

The Future

The next big construction platform won't build.
It will orchestrate.
