This notice covers the password-protected business plan page and the notice pages linked from it.
It sits alongside the AROBOTIX website privacy policy at arobotix.com/privacy, which governs the public site. Where the two differ in respect of these pages, this notice applies.
How the protected page works
The business plan is delivered as a single static file containing the document in encrypted form. Decryption happens entirely in your browser using the password you enter.
- The password is never transmitted to AROBOTIX Corp. or to any server. It is used locally to derive a decryption key.
- The decrypted document exists only in your browser's memory for the duration of the page view. Closing or reloading the tab discards it.
- The page sets no cookies, no local storage, and no session storage.
- The page contains no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, session recording, or fingerprinting scripts.
Information collected
Hosting access logs. As with any website, requesting these pages causes our hosting provider to record standard server log data, which may include your IP address, browser user agent, referring page, requested file, and timestamp. This data is used to operate the site, diagnose faults, and protect against abuse.
Correspondence. If you email an address linked from these pages, we receive your email address, the content of your message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond to you and to manage the resulting business relationship.
Access administration. We keep an internal record of who we have issued an access password to, and when. That record is business contact information: name, organization, email address, and date of issue.
We do not collect special category data through these pages, and we do not sell personal data or share it for advertising purposes.
Third-party resources loaded by these pages
These pages load web fonts and one JavaScript charting library from third-party content delivery networks. Loading a resource from a third party transmits your IP address and user agent to that provider, which may be located outside your country.
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) for the typefaces used throughout.
- Cloudflare cdnjs (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) for the charting library used in the financial section.
These providers process that data under their own privacy policies. If you prefer to avoid this, we can supply the document as a self-contained file with fonts and scripts bundled locally. Contact us and we will send one.
Legal basis and purpose
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we process this information on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating a secure site, communicating with prospective investors and partners, and managing confidential access to commercial materials. Where you contact us, we also process on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a possible agreement.
Retention
Hosting access logs are retained for the period set by our hosting provider, typically no more than twelve months. Correspondence and access records are retained for the duration of the relationship and for as long as needed afterward to meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security
The business plan document is encrypted at rest within the page file using AES-256-GCM, with the key derived from your password using PBKDF2-SHA256. Password-based protection of a publicly reachable file is a control against casual disclosure, not a substitute for a confidentiality agreement. Please do not forward the file or the password, and do not store either in shared locations.
International transfers
AROBOTIX Corp. is incorporated in Delaware, United States, and operates from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Information you provide may be processed in either location and by the service providers named above. Where required, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our practices or the applicable law change. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
