This Privacy Policy explains how AROBOTIX Corp., a Delaware corporation with operations in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam ("AROBOTIX," "we," "us"), handles information in connection with the website at www.arobotix.com (the "Site").
The Site is a brochure-style informational website. We do not ask you to create an account, fill in forms, or make payments, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers. We do not set our own cookies. The main way we receive your information is if you choose to email us. The Site also loads a small number of third-party resources that, by the nature of how the web works, receive your IP address (see Section 4).
If you contact us, for example by emailing hello@arobotix.com, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use it only to respond to you and to manage our relationship with you.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information when the Site is served, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and time of access. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and basic operation. We do not use this information to build profiles of visitors.
To display the Site, your browser loads resources hosted by third parties. When it does, those providers necessarily receive your IP address and basic request information under their own privacy policies. We do not control their practices. Current third-party resources:

The Site does not set its own cookies and does not use cookie-based tracking. Third-party providers listed above may set cookies under their own policies when their resources load.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting and email providers), when required by law, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a financing or acquisition. Any such sharing is limited to what is necessary.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR; residents of Vietnam may have rights under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection; and residents of certain US states may have rights under state privacy laws. AROBOTIX operates from Vietnam and is incorporated in the United States, and the Site relies on providers that may process data in various countries. Where information is transferred across borders, it may be subject to the laws of those countries.
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no website or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is intended for a professional, business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.
